Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

This is my first Airbnb I picked for the family I definitely picked a good one .Tyrone is the best host, very responsive, I love being on the property so much we stayed an 3 days . Peaceful Place Nice Area and Private Location

The place was beautiful and I do mean beautiful, each bedroom looks good. Neighborhood was great. I will most definitely stay again!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made it even better was how welcoming Kat was not just to me, but to my dog as well! It can be tough to travel with pets, but the host made us feel completely at home. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a furry friend or without. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much.

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

Guys & Gals, I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s. This one is TOP 3 of all of them. The place is amazing. Everything is top quality. The bed? Talk about sleeping on a cloud! We had a fantastic stay at Helen’s home in Midtown - it was the perfect base for our weekend family visit. The layout was ideal, with en-suite bathrooms in every room and great communal space for relaxing together. The location was unbeatable, the two parking spots were a huge bonus, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in town with a group.

If you are going to a Braves game this is the perfect place. Less than a 10 minute walk Truist and the Battery. Clean place. Perfect for what we needed
