Monthly Rentals in Redcar and Cleveland

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and don't consider anywhere else when we're in this area now. It's so cosy, has everything you need and feels like a home from home. The refreshments on arrival (tea, coffee, milk and cookies!) are always welcomed after our journey! We're a family of 4 and have enough space to accomodate us during our stay. The location in guisborough is perfect - 1 minute walk away from the high street with various shops, cafes and pubs etc.

Fantastic communication, was greated by phils mum who gave us the warmest off welcomes. House was clean and tidy, we only stayed overnight but would book to stay at this property again x

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

Ideal for the short stay we needed and was ground floor so was perfect for my mother who has mobility issues. The place and clean and spaciousious and had everything you would need. Host was very responsive.
