Ground floor hall, utility and stairs to the first floor with shower room and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster. The house is located in the village of Stainton which is located 5 mins from the edge of the Lake District. Only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick!
