Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Our Cosy cottage set in the suffolk country side within easy reach of Beccles , Bungay & Halesworth. We are 20 mins from Aldburgh Carnival, Lattitude, Snape Maltings and Sizewell. 20 Miles from Norwich . 20 mins from local beaches Southwold and Walberswick 10mins from St Peters Brewery and the Raw milk shed in Flixton where the famous Baron Bigod cheese is made, there are also lots of local produces breads, meats, pizza ,vegetables. 2mins on to Norfolk +Suffolk Aviation museum.
