It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Our self catering detached cottage is available all year round. A spacious ground floor cottage with views over the garden, it's own parking (with an outside electric socket) and patio area. Between Fowey & Lostwithiel in South East Cornwall. We have one super king size bed. We accept 2 medium sized dogs, by arrangement. The large garden is not fully fenced, we have a mixture of water, hedges and fences as our 3 acre boundary. The patio is completely fenced.

The Burrow is a snuggly little bolthole. Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied).
