This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect Proof of Identification before Key Handover.

Santa Maria Loz Velez is a stunning national park for walkers and cyclists, which is on our doorstep. Vélez-Blanco and Velez Rubio both offer a great range of restaurants and bars along with fantastic architecture and places to see. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).

We rent our beautiful holiday home in sunny Camposol with private swimming pool. Tastefully and cozily furnished! There is 180kw included in the price weekly. At the end of your stay, the meter is viewed and the set-off is made at 0.30€/kw. You only pay for the electricity you use (in winter the pool can be heated - this is +- 28 degrees in winter) You will be met in person, where a security deposit of 400€ and cleaning fee of 125€will be requested.
