Small, cozy apartment with private entrance (ceiling height ~1.85 m). 2 km from the main road, via a narrow, steep mountain road without streetlights and with oncoming traffic – reversing may be necessary. In winter: 4x4, winter tires or snow chains required. Car needed (too far from bus stop). Parking available in front of the house. Ski resorts Elsigenalp & Adelboden ~15 min by car. Gas station 2.5 km. Great views, hiking directly on the Spissenweg trail. Tourist tax is included.

At the foot of the nose

The 2-room apartment is a bit elevated but still centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also satisfy higher demands. Chalet Bärenegg is wonderfully embedded in the landscape of the Bernese lakes and mountains. Inside it is small with little storage space, but it has pretty niches to linger outside: two seats with a grill, outdoor sauna and for the little ones a lawn, sandbox and slide. The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.
