Our cottage is located in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye wine region. The fully equipped house has many advantages (outdoor space, Jacuzzi, terrace, bar area with barbecue...) The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.

A simple and warm little haven of peace. Our cozy cabin, a former mobile home converted into a barn, exudes a soft and somewhat timeless charm. Located in a quiet corner of the village, it is ideal for a couples, solo or small group getaway. You will enjoy a sheltered terrace, the surrounding calm and, in summer, a shared pool to cool off. Optional private spa (€20/h), to be indicated when booking.

Located 25 minutes from the CNPE and 1 km from the city center of Blaye (with its UNESCO World Heritage citadel) and all its amenities: bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press... Market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. The Leclerc and Lidl shopping area is 1 km away. Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.

Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner, massages et accès piscine possibles.
