You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

La Maison du Vigneron Gîte

The Vigneron's house is inspired by the professions of the vine and wine. Upon arrival, you will discover a kitchen open to the living room where champagne is featured. A balcony leads to the outside with its relaxation area, pétanque court, and dining area equipped with a fire pit. Upstairs, four bedrooms are available, always inspired by the world of wine. In summary, an atypical and warm place, where calm and friendliness will make your stay unforgettable.

Our boat is in Mareuil sur Ay, a paradise in Champagne. Close by, a typical bistro for eating, a bakery, cellars of large and small champagne houses, shops, bucolic walks and incredible views. Jérôme takes you to the Bullet to discover the UNESCO-listed hillsides, price on request. A sharing of our life on our two boats: Bullet1927 for aperitifs, Zwaantje for your starry nights. 2 canoes are available.

💚Cottage in Champagne for 6/8 people💚

This is a house located in the heart of the village of Verzenay that I just transformed into a cottage. Contact me for any questions! The inner courtyard (see pictures) is accessible to people who rent the gite, it is common with the other gite when occupied. Bed linen is provided but towels are not. Remember to bring your consumables: coffee, toilet paper tea, shower gel, shampoo...
