The chalet has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and Smart TVs, including two en-suites, a guest bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a gourmet terrace, a gas barbecue with a pizza oven, and a gazebo with hammocks, all within the Serra Nevada Condominium. Important detail: Full set of bed linens. The condominium has 24-hour concierge service, a soccer field, a beach tennis court, a swimming pool (under renovation), a playground, and a game and event room.

The house is spacious, on a corner and close to the leisure area, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, a balcony with a gourmet area (barbecue), a TV room integrated with the dining room and kitchen. The house is on a corner lot and is very spacious. It is at the entrance to the Vó Maria restaurant. The house is a little far from the center of Areia and Remígio. Distances: Areia: 10 km / Remígio 8 km Book for the right number of people! We do not have bath linen (towels)!

Located in the Campo Villas de Areia Condominium, in the Muquém district, the house offers all the tranquility and infrastructure necessary for moments of family rest. The space has three double beds, a single bed, a full kitchen, a barbecue grill, electric showers, TV and internet. For groups of more than 7 people, you can check the availability of extra mattresses or request them if we already have them available.
