Ideal for couples and business travelers looking for both short and longer term stays. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with deluxe bedding and hotel quality mattress and mattress pad. The living room features a dining area/work space, corner sofa (sofabed) and TV. Books and travel guides in English and French are available. The space is very cozy and welcoming, with a lot of natural light and decorative additions from our own many travels. You will find everything you need in the fully-fitted kitchen, which is equipped with new stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. However, with so many great restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep, you may find that you prefer to let somebody else do the hard work! Saucisse de Toulouse, (a type of sausage), Cassoulet (a bean and pork stew), and foie gras, a delicacy mainly made in the Midi-Pyrénées are all options! Washer and dryer are in the apartment. This chic apartment is only steps away from Les Allées Jean Jaurès in downtown Toulouse, with many nearby restaurants and cafes. The train and metro stations are a short walk away, while a VélôToulouse station is located at the end of the street. The apartment is located within minutes walking distance from both the train station Toulouse Matabiau and the Jean Jaurès metro station (conveniently the only station for lines A and B). A bus stop for the airport shuttle is also within minutes walk from the apartment.

The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

The Sant is an old farm typical of the Lauragais for 8 people and located 25 min from Toulouse and 30 min from Castelnaudary. This place will allow you to spend a family vacation and enjoy the surrounding villages. It is also ideal for passing workers that we like to welcome because I am a craftsman myself. The SNCF train station and the center of the village where a bakery, grocery store and pizzeria await you are a 10-minute walk away. Garage and large private garden with orchard.

A little piece of paradise - Pyrénées

This gîte has a gorgeous private garden with views of the distant Pyrénées. This stunning glass fronted gîte comes with it's own terrace where you can soak up the sun. It has a summer kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you'll find an open-planned space equipped with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two double bedrooms - one separate with views of the garden and countryside, the other on a mezzanine level, please note that there is a low beam in this area.

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
