The stay was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, well-equipped and very cozy. The location is great, in a quiet and easy to access area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Without a doubt, a very positive experience. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Flávia is an excellent hostess, clarified all questions and provided all the tips and information requested. The house is comfortable, spacious and airy. It has all equipment and utensils for cooking. Location is great, the place is calm and well maintained. Good to rest and have a good family time. I suggest the host further detail what the house offers, surely would have more demand and avoid questioning. I am immensely grateful for the receptivity.

Farmhouse - Paradise in the Avaré Reservoir, at the water's edge

The house is very spacious and comfortable, it is very well located if you want to enjoy the dam. Although far from the city, it has a nearby convenience for sourcing things like bread, charcoal or drinks. The communication with Clayton is very fast and efficient, the checkin and checkout very simple. We were pleased with the accommodation, the only one, which is not the fault of the host, was the noise of the surroundings, music high until late, but it did not disturb us to the point of ruining the stay.

The house is beautiful, the place is gorgeous, we had comfortable accommodation and entertainment for all ages from elderly, adults, teenagers and a 7 months baby. The housekeeping worth the price, she is professional, kind and a great cook. We will definitively come back and I recommend this place.

We spent a long holiday at Catherine's house. It was the second time we have come and once again we love it! The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, super clean and equipped. It is located in a very quiet and safe condominium. Too much worth the stay!
