Private suite holiday rentals in Reseda, Los Angeles

I'm giving this place 5 stars because Katy has outlined all the expectations to staying at her place, which included the low ceilings, possible footsteps, etc. When I was booking, she even double checked that I was okay with those things. With that said, I wasn't as okay with it as I thought I would be. The low ceilings bothered me more than it should and I didn't like the sounds of footsteps in the morning. Other than that, it was fine because we were here for a wedding and didn't spend too much time in the house. Overall, this place is exactly as described/how it looks in the photos. Katy is a great host. Just make sure you read the description before booking.

I can say that Michelle was the most gracious host I have experienced on AirBnb. She personally welcomed me - the amenities were lovely - fruit, muffins, coffee, tea, milk, etc. I literally felt I was visiting family or friends. I highly recommend.

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

This was my second stay at this adorable cottage! I was so grateful it was available on the night that I needed. Nick was very responsive, great host. Will def stay here again on my next work gig :)

Ashley and her husband Donny were very easygoing and ready to please. Home was very well kept and made us feel very welcome. Location is great and lots of eateries and public facilities including excellent free parking! Neighborhood is safe and welcoming

Rasha is an excellent and responsive host, offering a beautiful place that looks exactly like the photos in beautiful quiet and leafy area of Studio City. There’s a great coffee shop a short walk away and ample parking. It was clean and private and the tub in the large bathroom is great too! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Rasha and this space.

Patrick was such a great host! The Cottage was stocked with everything you might need, has such great charm and character, is super walkable to all the best places in Sherman Oaks. Patrick was very proactive checking in to make sure the stay was going great. There is ample street parking, but Patrick made sure I parked in his covered driveway. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

We had a great time staying at Sarah’s place. The studio was spotlessly clean, with great amenities, and a delicious bottle of wine to welcome us. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The view from the hillside over the valley was stupendous. The neighborhood is private and quiet, except for the coyotes howling at night. :-). We would definitely stay with Sarah again.

Wonder place and wonderful stay. Would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting West Hollywood.

It was a great place to stay for a couple nights! the TV was a huge plus and it was quiet. bathroom and kitchen amenities were clean and wasn’t too small!

We were here for 7 days and had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and the area was very quiet with great local food spots nearby! Location was ideal for getting around LA and our hosts were extremely friendly and communicated well with us throughout our stay! If we’re ever back in town we’ll make sure to book here!

We feel at home, a place that feels very homey with everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Los Angeles, a quiet area near attractions such as Universal and Warner. We would definitely stay here again!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

This is truly a wonderful room and amazing hosts! The living room is spacious and very clean, the bedroom is cozy and quiet. The backyard is so relaxing. There’s a little Maltese named Jessie—he’s curious yet shy, absolutely adorable. Kyle and Pam are incredibly welcoming; they made me feel right at home.

Cozy little apartment with lovely outdoor space, comfortable bed with quality linens, kitchen area had everything we needed. Strong shower and WiFi. Easy to find, centrally located, close to attractions, etc. Very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to everything you could want. It was convenient to get to and it also felt private. It was easy to get in and had plenty of parking on the street. Everything was clean and had a nice calm vibe. I'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect oasis in a great neighborhood! The pictures and reviews were spot on. Bed was super comfy. Kate was lovely and helpful and offered us early check in and late check out because of gaps in reservations on either end, which was really helpful. The outdoor garden was perfect...we worked out there and enjoyed visits from the hummingbirds! Hope to return soon!
