Beautiful Suite located on the fifth floor with a beautiful view. We are located in Cumbaya, a 5-minute walk from San Francisco University of Quito and Paseo San Francisco. 3 minutes by car to downtown Cumbaya. Steps away from pharmacies and restaurants. Equipped suite with a bed and a double sofa. It has a full bathroom and a half bathroom as well as a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need and exit to the balconies. The building has more than 13000M2 amenities.

A 65 m2 suite with a private parking lot, furnished, located in the heart of Cumbayá, the safest and most valuable area currently in Quito. The residential/commercial complex where the suite is located is 20 minutes from Mariscal Sucre Airport and is surrounded by prestigious educational institutions, restaurants, malls, designer shops, parks and circuits (chaquiñan), designed for sports such as cycling, jogging, walking, etc.

The accommodation is three blocks from San Francisco University and very close to shopping malls and entertainment venues. An excellent Airbnb in Cumbayá, 100% recommended, we went to an event on the Paseo San Francisco and we were very close to the Airbnb. The stay was comfortable and Sebastian explained everything very well to enter on our own to the Airbnb, even allowed us to enter the Airbnb earlier.
