Our newly built apartment for up to 4 people in 2021 is located on the southern slope in a very quiet location, 890 m (NN) above Schwarzenberg, with stunning views of the Bregenz Forest. Schwarzenberg is an ideal starting point, both for hiking or ski tours in the mountains, as well as for excursions to Lake Constance/Lindau or Switzerland. The Mellau / Damüls ski resort can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The Diedamskopf ski resort in 25 minutes, Warth/Schröcken (Arlberg area) in 40 minutes.

We were a travel group with three families and a total of 11 people. The accommodation is located right in the center of Mellau, is well laid out with plenty of rooms and beds and there was even an apartment for two people that we did not need. However, the house is somewhat out of date, which did not disturb us. The kitchen includes everything you need. The ski bus is easily accessible on foot. Bettina was always friendly and very flexible:-) Overall everything is functional and recommended for a large group ski holiday.

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is very nicely located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply to unwind. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right next to the house. The large terrace with barbecue and deck chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the highlight of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness center, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and crockery, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

We were impressed by the view of the valley that this apartment offers with the huge window front. The apartment is modern and super cozy at the same time. It is a bit off the beaten track, but for us it was a perfect location between Lindau and Balderschwang. Communication with Christoph is prompt and friendly. We definitely want to come back soon.

The property is very rustic. It can easily accommodate 10 people. The ski resort can be reached within 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by foot. However, there are only two bathrooms. Fortunately, the shower and toilet are separate from each other.

Spacious and pleasant apartment in a superb place! Ideal for our family with 4 people. The apartment is practical and attractively furnished. It has everything you'll need. All spaces are spacious and sparkling clean. Thanks to the warm contacts with the hosts, we immediately felt at home here. The view is lovely, especially from the amazing hammock! Mellau is a nice place where there is a lot to do. At the same time, there are many other interesting places nearby. A perfect location so if you want to see or do a lot. We will definitely be back here again!
