Take in both nature and small town living, while appreciating the tranquility it offers.

An over-sized three bedroom two bathroom on the South side of Grand Forks! This unit is complete with everything you need, for whatever life throws your way. Including bed linens, bath towels, silverware and dishware, basic cooking needs, basic cleaning needs, laundry supplies, ironing board and iron, and a Whirlpool washer and dryer set in the unit. This unit includes high speed internet. You are guaranteed a comfortable stay with central air and forced air heat.

Unique Train Depot Experience

Visit our historic 1890 train depot. It is an opportunity to enjoy a get away from city life. Our hope is that this is a place people can relax and enjoy natures beauty. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).

Quaint Country Retreat

Enjoy the quiet of the country with the convenience of a short drive (5 miles) to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to UND and the Ralph Englestead Arena (anywhere in town, really). Accommodations include a 1930's country house with antique decor and lots of yard space. It's a private setting surrounded by trees.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful Airbnb. A quite home, in a quiet neighborhood, tucked away in the city.
