The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people

Lovely rustic cabin to enjoy the peace and total privacy of Cook Forest in Northwestern Pa. 2 bedrooms with one Queen bed, 2 sets of Bunk Beds and a full sleeper sofa. Bath with shower, full kitchen.
