Het vakantiehuis is rustig gelegen aan de rand van de Achterhoek nabij het natuurgebied de Hoge Veluwe en op korte afstand van Hanzesteden als Doesburg en Zutphen. Daarnaast is het een ideale uitvalbasis voor fiets- en wandeltochten en watersport.
