It is located in the outskirts near Olburgen, on the border of the Achterhoek and the Veluwe, near the picturesque Bronckhorst and the Hanseatic cities of Doesburg and Zutphen. "Het Pipeluurtje" is colorful and attractively decorated, has a living room, two bedrooms with sink, kitchen equipped with every comfort, and a bathroom. Around the house is a spacious garden with seating.

'Klein Landlust' is located on the outskirts of the village and is a suitable base for hikers, cyclists, nature and culture lovers. Children can have fun in the Plantenbos, located around the corner, looking for branches, building huts. In summer, there is a heated swimming pool in the village. A supermarket can be found within walking distance, there is also a charging point for electric cars. Coffee and tea are at your disposal! The bathroom is heated, as well as 1 of the bedrooms.
