Absolutely loved this location and house! The living room was my favorite room in the house with its beautiful view 😍. Perfect place for a family with smaller kids between the pool, ping pong table and fishing. We didn’t end up bringing our boat but the fishing was awesome from the dock. We caught large mouths, shell crackers, blue gill, and crappie. Could not ask for more 😁

Nathaniel's place was absolutely amazing. Me and my crew were very pleased with the space and amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. If the opportunity ever presents itself again, we'll definitely be back!

Very responsive and accommodating, please is huge and near al the goodies. Extremely comfortable stay, and our large group was satisfied.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It met all our expectations. Friendly and responsive host. Could not have asked for any more. We enjoyed the beauty of the area.

If I could give more stars, I would. We have been AirBnB users for over 7 years and Nina and Tony’s home was one of our best ever experiences and perfect in every way. Sparkling clean, safe/private, breathtakingly beautiful home and grounds, and fabulous amenities. We loved the mineral pool, and the hosts were so gracious and welcoming! House instructions were clear, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds, linens, and furniture were all of excellent quality and very comfortable. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is!

The house was perfect for my daughter’s spring wedding in the Tennessee mountains. There was enough bedrooms but would like more closets or some place to hang clothes. It was nice to have a lovely deck with a great view.

One word that was used a lot with our grown kids was: Epic! David was a great host!! Check in was easy. If you are looking something for everyone, this is where you need to stay!!!!!!! There is room For everyone!!!! We made great memories as a family!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

What a wonderful home ! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our whole family swam multiple times a day. We really appreciated all the extra amenities including extra towels , pool toys , & pack & play for the baby . The boys really loved kayaking & fishing. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals. It was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Elizabeth was very responsive when we contacted her a couple of times. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home.

The house was nice and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The back porch was great for a rainy day since it had a roof over it. The hosts were responsive and helped us out by letting us in as we arrive a couple hours early. it was a very nice place to stay.

Quiet, comfy and cute country home. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful time there. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Our family enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us ranging from 20-82 and we all felt there was enough space, especially being able to use the back patio. We spent much of our time sitting out there enjoying the peaceful setting and watching all the bird activity. It was convenient having access to the garage for additional storage space. The kitchen was well stocked. The only item missing (imo) was a hairdryer. We visit Dayton several times a year and we hope to return to this house in our future travels.

Wonderful rural surrounding near a waterfall and lots of trails. Still lots of amenities within about 10 minutes (restaurants, grocery, parks, etc). Great neighborhood and neighbors. Cabin is a bit rustic, there's lots of trees and bugs around, if you are very afraid of the bugs maybe this isn't for you. We loved it.

We stayed at Timothy's for a small family get-together. We all loved staying here. it was a very comfortable space. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Like others mentioned the pictures don't do it justice. Our hosts were very reponsive, and made us feel welcomed. We totally enjoyed The restaurant nearby.

We Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Home away from home. 10000/10 would recommend for a quite home-feel getaway Right off SR-30 in Decatur. My husband and I were able to have an absolutely amazing thanksgiving dinner with my mom and grandparents somewhere Homey feeling. Thank you again to Miss April for all the help and hospitality! Everything was wonderful we stayed there to be close to family who stayed at the Lake House. Having the kayaks was great the kids and adults both enjoyed them

This place is fantastic except few things. Please put bathroom mat on the floor. Please provide enough towels for us, a large family. Please add towel racks. The kids didn’t know where to put up the towels after showering. Please provide mixing bowls. We cooked dinners every night. Cuz we hiked and swam in the swimming holes next to waterfalls. We came home and took showers. I tried to cook with so few cookware items. It was difficult but I made it thru. You provided excellent plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives and glasses. But not enough cookware items. (Glass pans for baking). Also, we fixed your toilet for you. Someone put fishing string inside the tank for flushing. It broke. So I fixed it with something else temporarily. Please provide metal thing in toilet tank. Thank you for games. That was extremely helpful to keep kids entertaining while I cooked dinners at nights. There were beautiful hikes and waterfalls nearby. It was totally worth it. Yes !!Love here!

Has the most amazing views of the lake. House had everything we needed and more. We had 2 families and a total of 7 people and there was more than enough room. Sarah was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were extremely lucky to have been able to stay and enjoy Sarah’s home!

This house is amazing. The views were stunning and it made for a great place to hang out the week of our daughter’s wedding. We were about 30 minutes from the venue, but it was worth it. I slept in the master on the main level and it’s luxurious, bed was very comfortable and the bath is like something from BHG. The other king bed on the main level was comfortable too. There is only one bath downstairs for 5 bedrooms, so that could be trick, but we were ok with 7 people. The game room downstairs is awesome, hot tub was great. Would like to have chairs on the top deck. Some of the beds downstairs are real firm, but we just picked the ones we liked best. This home was pricey, but would be a great value if splitting with another family. My kids said this was the best vacation house ever…that is priceless to me.

This was our second time staying in this property and we absolutely love it. The flat lot and nice dock make it perfect for the family. The house had everything we needed. John was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a high school fishing tournament for my daughter and teammates. The house had tons of room with plenty of outdoor space also. We were fishing most of the time but would’ve loved to be at the house even more to enjoy the porch and dock on the water. The place was quiet and peaceful. Raina did an awesome job with communication about everything. Will definitely be staying here in the future if we’re back in the area.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Brian and Dana offer the perfect place! There is nothing like waking up to the view outside their back door. This was our first time visiting the area and Dana was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. We brought down our boat and having the dock to use was also very nice - there's a boat launch just right down the road that is also very convenient. The home has everything you need......except your clothes and toothbrush! :)

This is a fabulous place to stay on Watts Bar Lake! We fell in love as soon as we arrived. The location was peaceful and quiet yet close to the marina and getting around to other areas on the lake. The home was perfect for us and our friends and their daughter. We were so happy that our dogs got to come with us too. The outside deck and enclosed sunroom were both great places for us to enjoy a meal with gorgeous views. All the amenities in the house were wonderful too. I can’t recommend this place enough. When we come back to the lake, this is where we all want to stay again. On top of all of that, Christin was a perfect host! She was very responsive and provided great advice as well. Highly recommended!
