The size of the Lodge is 3x6 m, of which one meter is a covered outdoor kitchen. Wildlife lookout point around the corner! Restaurants and bike rentals are within walking distance. Former owner and superhost of B&B Bomhofshoeve in Beemte Broekland and after the move started again with a (h)onest B&B, including breakfast in Rheden on the banks of the IJssel and at the foot of the Veluwezoom nature reserve (Posbank). For an evening at Gelredome, it is a 10-minute drive. Middachten Castle is around the corner. You can also take the foot ferry to the beach of Rhederlaag. If you arrive with more guests than booked through Airbnb, the additional cost will be charged.

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.
