It is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous hiking trail "Hexenpfad" and is only a few minutes' walk from the picturesque old town of Tecklenburg. Located on the ridge of Tecklenburg, the house with a spacious sun terrace and conservatory offers a magnificent view of the Münsterland. The heart of the house is a cozy tiled stove. After long hikes, a sauna invites you to relax.

The lake house is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modernly equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft nets, which allow a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Whether by train or car - Toni House is located in the center with direct connections to the market square, campus or EmslandArena.

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with a fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs must be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. Sauna towels are provided. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour. You can grill, a grill is ready.

The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center. The room temperature is heated to 19°C in winter due to the current situation.
