"La Grange du Moulin de Tultay" has been renovated in to a loft. Combining authenticity with modern comfort it invites you for a unique and ecologically responsible experience (natural materials, low energy consumption). Just suit yourselves: intimate chilling at the wood stove, or rather active w/ brisk walks, cycling or otherwise discovering our Ardennes. 'IM PFERDESTALL' befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Scheune des Mühlenanwesens. Früher war es mal ein Stall. (Schau dir auch mein anderes Apartment 'Scheunen-Loft' an.) Der Raum hat niedrige Decken und kleine Sprossenfenster. Der Raum ist für Menschen geeignet, die einen mehr höhlenartigen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort suchen. Durch den Ofen und den kalten Boden, ist die Wohnung für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. In der kalten Jahreszeit, ist es vielleicht nötig mit dem Ofen zuzuheizen. Siehe unten.

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

The apartment 50m2. Newly built Wooden House in 2022. The highlight is the 15 m wooden balcony built into the trees. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here.
