Rustic Farm House Charm - Short Drive to Ft. Worth

My wife, Kelly, and I are proud to own (and co-host) this charming, spacious property that we just completely renovated in 2025. In the old grainhouse behind the old mill, “The Farm House Suite”, one of two separate suites (in a building similar to a duplex), has a big living room with nine foot ceilings, kitchen (with Toshiba countertop oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher) and a good sized bedroom. A person can sleep on the couch and two others on our queen auto inflate air mattress.

The deer feeder allows for viewing of deer on some mornings and evenings. The pond will be fully filled and stocked soon. Groomed walking trail allows access to to the 20 acres. Cornhole & grill available. Owners are on neighboring 21 acre lot & always available if needed.
