My flat is in a 17th century building - you'll appreciate the freshness of its old stones in summer. It is equipped with washing/dryer machine, iron&iron table, international cable TV channels, wifi, induction hobs & oven, it is convenient for both business & leisure travellers. ATTENTION : Due to its atypical configuration, see description below, and the self-check-in arrival with a code box, it will not be the most suitable for elderly people The building is located in the historical and touristic district of Lyon, but slightly away (3 minutes walk) from the noise of this shopping district during the day, and festive area during the night, with its restaurants/bars/pubs/night-clubs .  It is jut in front of our "beach", with its deckchairs where you can sun tan, and its wooden platform over the river River, on which you can picnic. The apartment has a size of 30 m2, is on the 1st floor - without elevator - on a  garden which is at the foot of Fourvière Hill on one side, and on a courtyard on the other side, in a building of the 17th century, and it is very well equipped. It is composed of: - a living room area which overlooks a garden, with a sofa, a flat screen TV ( with all the main international TV channels), Wifi internet, a bed for one person. - a kitchen area which overlooks a courtyard, with fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine/ dryer -a mezzanine which separates the two rooms, which is designed just for sleeping, equipped with a 140*190 double bed with high quality mattress.   - a bathroom equipped with bathtub. - there is a cupboard under the stairs leading to the mezzanine and a chest of drawers in the living room for your luggage and clothes. PLEASE NOTE: the mezzanine where the bed is located is 1.50m high, so you can't stand up there. In addition, the bathroom, which is located under the mezzanine, has a height of 1.86m. In the living room and kitchen there is 3.50 m height. - I provide a REAL PRIVATE GARAGE, in a secured residence. Dear friends visitors coming by car, please allow me the following advice: if you have clicked in your search  the criteria "private parking on site", make sure that it is a dedicated garage or parking space, and not solutions such as : "you will be able to park easily in my street" or "you will be able to park easily in my residence", without any real guarantee for you to find a space for your car-) PLEASE NOTE : From the apartment, the garage is at 8 minutes of a nice walk along the river  and 1 minute drive. Here are its dimensions : internal width at door : 2,25m, then it gets wider at 2,41m. Internal height at door level: 1,84m, then 2,22m after the door. Lenght : 5 m.  Models like R. Espace, W Touran & Sharan, C4 Picasso entered there PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAR FITS IN. You can park your car there for the duration of the stay and then discover all Lyon on foot from my apartment. Linen and towels are provided PLEASE NOTE : there are 2 heaters in the apartment, one in the living room, one in the kitchen ( so not in the bathroom). The entrance to the premises is possible at any time from 4 pm (possibly earlier according to when the cleaning is finished, to be discussed together). It is an autonomous check-in procedure, via a codebox system. You will find on-site maps with suggestions for "off the beaten track" ballads, guides, business cards of restaurants and merchants that I have tested and approved -) ANOTHER APARTMENT : We can offer you another apartment of 55m2, with 2 bedrooms + living room, quiet, bright, also with private garage. It is located in a very lively district of Lyon with a "French village atmosphere" with several restaurants ( including a Paul Bocuse Brasserie) . The apartment is at 2 minutes walk from the banks of the Saône river, and 4 minutes from Old Lyon and 6 minutes from Place Bellecour via the metro line D. Le Saônice vous accueille par son entrée indépendante du côté de votre terrasse où vous pourrez réaliser vos planchas! Le séjour offre une cuisine équipée avec notamment un four combiné(micro-ondes inclus) vous pouvez manger à 4 sur la table quand elle est dépliée ou travailler avec la fibre. 2 personnes peuvent dormir au choix dans la mezzanine ou sur le canapé convertible. La chambre indépendante propose un lit double de 160 (matelas mémoire de forme) et une salle d'eau avec douche italienne.

Avec possibilité de pêché sur étang privé sur la propriété (matériel non fourni). Situé a 15 min a pied du site du Lac des Sapins avec la plus grande baignade biologique d'Europe. A 25 min a pied ou 5 min en voiture du centre du village avec ces commerces.
