Our 20 m² room, completely renovated, quiet (on the courtyard), has completely independent access, as well as the comfort of a studio (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge, washing machine). We are in a student area (Sciences Po, Univ. Lyon 2) and shopping (many cafes and restaurants). In addition, we are adjacent to the Cœmedia art and experimental cinema (9 screens). The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.

Welcome to our Maison Lapandery, an old golden stone house nestled in the heart of the hills of the Beaujolais wine region. The large sliding window in the bedroom opens onto the forest and greenery, offering a real breath of fresh air. The toilet is private and separate from the bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and walk-in shower. Breakfast, made with homemade products, is served in the independent kitchen.

Bike station also very close. Very close to Lumière II and Jean Moulin Universities. Very lively area with lots of quality bars and restaurants.
