The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Die offene Gestaltung und die Liebe zum Detail sorgen für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt. Ideal für Familien oder Paare, die eine Auszeit im Harz genießen möchten. Das weite Panorama auf die Harzer Berge lässt dich schnell in den Urlaubsmodus kommen.

Auf der Loggia oder auf der zu der Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse kann der Urlaub beginnen. Das Wohnzimmer mit dem Eß- und Kochbereich ist sehr geräumig und mit einem Kamin ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer; einmal mit einem Doppelbett 1,80m x 2,00 m und einmal mit einer hochwertigen Schlafcouch 1,40m x 2,00 m. Das Badezimmer ist lichtdurchflutet.

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Construction trailer "Rhododendron"

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The construction trailer has its own fenced garden, barbecue, seating in the garden, fireplace in the construction trailer, etc. It is romantic, extraordinary and ideal for nature lovers to stay there and be awakened by birdsong in the morning. Das Haus bietet eine schöne Basis für Eure Bergzeit: Für Touren und zum Wandern, Mountainbiken oder Skifahren.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen, 90 Quadratmeter großen Unterkunft. Die alten aufgearbeiteten Holzbalken spenden eine behaglich Gemütlichkeit und die großzügige 20 Quadratmeter große Terrasse lädt spätestens im Sommer zum Verweilen ein, dafür stehen dann Balkonmöbel und ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung. Der Bahnhof in Nörten ist fussläufig innerhalb von 6 Minuten sehr gut zu erreichen. Zum Bäcker benötigt man auch nicht länger.

The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

The apartment has a living area of 105 m² as well as two small dwarf balconies and is accessible by elevator. In a fully equipped kitchen, up to six adults and a toddler can be accommodated at the adjoining dining table. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. A third sleeping option is available in the living room.
