Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and garden. A separate entrance, free parking and barbecue facilities are also available. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Charming basement apartment in a quiet location.✨ Our lovingly renovated basement apartment offers a cozy retreat. It was furnished with a lot of dedication and has a modern yet warm style. We, that is Maurice, our two sons and I, live in the house ourselves. 🔑 The apartment has a separate entrance and you can, if you like, easily remove the key from a key box. I will also be happy to welcome you personally.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Guest room in the old town

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Seeburg vacation home House Vjollca

In this accommodation there is the adventure playground directly adjacent to the cottage. The children can play carefree, while the family can enjoy the peace on the terrace. The nature outdoor swimming pool is located three minutes walk from the holiday home. The Harz is also within half an hour.

Our cozy wooden log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the edge of the conservation area and the lake shore. Lake Seeburg with leisure activities and gastronomy is a 10-minute walk away.
