We rent our beautiful vacation home in southern France! The traditional stone house is one of only a few in the entire village with a roof terrace and is in the second row to the famous "Orbieu" bathing river. The house was renovated in 2023 and is unique to the area thanks to the modern kitchen, the tasteful bathroom and the newly designed roof terrace. The stylish interior does the rest. The neighboring village of Lagrasse is crowned as one of the most beautiful villages in France!

Our apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom, all comforts and very well equipped with care and quality (shower room, bedding, corner sofa, dishwasher, decor...) with its large terrace just a few meters from the beach and its private parking space. The Riverside Gîte is on the banks of the River Orbieu with views to Lagrasse's 12th century stone bridge and Abbey. This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment has been incorporated into what were the medieval ramparts of the village and is part of a remarkable house of grand proportions which houses three beautiful apartments. Its prime position on the river gives the gite a wonderful feeling of being in the countryside, with the sound of the river to lull you to sleep at night.

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Treat yourself to a stay in a self-contained studio within my home, located in the centre of the historic and stunning medieval village of Lagrasse. This contemporary styled ground floor studio apartment is 25m², has a fully equipped kitchen area and en suite shower room.
