Great place for rest!

We had an amazing experience! The space is exactly as the photos show — well-planned, organized and with a wonderful view. It has all the necessary equipment and utensils and the security of the place left us quiet throughout the stay. The host Roberta was extremely attentive and greeted us in person, presenting the venue, which made all the difference. We definitely recommend this place for those looking for rest, comfort and a connection to nature. We'll definitely be back!

I recommend it and I intend to return when I return to BH. xasa is quiet and has a pleasant home environment.

Our stay was amazing, we were able to create wonderful memories with the kids. The structure of the condominium is very good, with a playground and space for lakeside walks. The house is delightful, exactly as described in the listing. It is very well structured, without losing the bucolic air. The hosts were very helpful, answering all our questions promptly and delicately. The care with which they take care of the environment and guests is visible. I highly recommend it!

Amazing hosting. Just like it was last year! Another year that I rent the house to celebrate my birthday and as always everything impeccable. Super clean, tidy and the location is more than perfect, close to shops, markets and easy to find! Fabrine is a 1000!!!! Always very attentive, answers all questions and very friendly. The host was super attentive and always available to help with any need. The house is cozy and pleasant, although some items can be added for convenience, such as a microwave. Overall, it was a great stay and a great place to stay!

We spent super pleasant moments at Felipe's house! Very polite, considerate owner, helped with everything we need. The property is charming, very comfortable and tasteful! The condominium is safe, very quiet, has a restaurant, market and beautiful landscapes. The only bad part is having to leave! Thanks Felipe! Success!

This apartment was perfect for us! It had everything we needed Amanda more! The hot tub was a nice addition. Everything you need is in within walking distance and the area is very safe. We enjoyed walking around the lake in the park that is just 100 yards away! Highly recommended stay!!

We loved the time we spent in the flat, incredible view, sunrise and opening the curtain was our biggest hobby every day lol thank you for the attention and indication of the places in the city.

I took a group to test and the place was ideal for them to rest. It had everything that was announced, the group liked the location, even went for a walk, and the host answered us very well, very friendly, being solicitous to our requests.

Great local, Ana was super attentive and helpful! It would come back easily. The only addendum that I think is valid to do is that the room is VERY hot 😅 but other than that, all perfect!

We spent Christmas week with the family at the farm. There are plenty of rooms and a spacious living room, great for dining in a large group. The place is in an area with rural characteristics in Contagem and is located on a beautiful property, with a lot of nature. The host does everything to make arrival easier, which is by dirt road, and welcomed us with coffee and explanations. The little kids loved the chickens, the cows, swinging in the hammocks and having fun with the horses. Adults enjoyed the barbecue and nature. A wood stove would be interesting. It's a country house, so the internet was sometimes unstable and as it's the rainy season and it rained a lot, there was a leak in the living room and kitchen, but not in the bedrooms. The only reservation was a Christmas party with loud music and no break on a nearby property, which lasted until dawn and sometimes you could hear a little noise from the breaker. But Rodrigo's attention to our well-being and the caretaker's help were great for a family vacation.

Camila's place is a real haven! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos — very well maintained, clean and full of charm. Ideal for resting, enjoying nature and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle. Camila was a wonderful host: attentive, quick to respond and super welcoming. Every detail shows the affection with which she prepares the space. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The stay at Sítio Rio Manso was wonderful! I and all the guests love it. The site, as already mentioned in other reviews, is even more beautiful than in the photos. The chalets are super comfortable; the dining areas are very well equipped and everything is very clean. Sônia, the host, is great and always responds very fast. It is well worth it and I hope to be able to return!

The place is wonderful! Gourmet space integrated with the house and swimming pool, impeccable facilities. Hotel-like bed linens, fully equipped kitchen. You don't need to bring anything. Thomaz is very polite and helpful, he takes special care of the guests and Mr. João is very nice, every day he takes care of the gardens and the pool, leaving everything organized. We love it! This is the third time we've stayed and we'll be back more often.

The place exceeded listing expectations. The condominium is very quiet and beautiful, with lagoons and ecological trails. The house is cozy and has good privacy. Great for resting.

The house is very good! Very big and close to BH. Other than that, the care of the housekeeper was very good

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were me, husband and our dog and we enjoyed the space a lot. The house has a very complete kitchen, in addition to what was expected, and which was a super positive point: coffee makers - Nespresso and coado - airfryer, a small barbecue, sandwich maker, as well as salt and oil. Deck is delicious - we take our books and enjoy the late afternoon in this space. The surrounding area is grassy and our little dog ran and took great advantage. There are 4 other dogs on the property, very cute and nice. We had a problem with the shower, but the host and her brother responded to us quickly and very proactively, so this little inconvenience didn't bother us. Anyway, I recommend the stay and we feel like returning at another time.

Perfect stay during the Carnival period. The house is great, very well structured and impeccable cleaning. We felt at home! Mrs Antônia and Mr. Carlos are extremely cordial and polite. We will return more often!!
