It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

Maicon's house is a find! There's so much to do that we leave there wanting to stay at least a week. It's perfect for kids, but also for adults with a child's soul (like us!). The space is super safe, with cameras facing the gate, and at night the lighting gives it a special charm — everything is very welcoming and cheerful. It makes you want to turn on the lights and chat until late. And Maicon? A host with a thousand notes! Always available, helpful and attentive. We made all the difference in our experience. We'll be back, for sure. God willing, many, many times!

Perfect house, much better and more beautiful than in the photos! The only suggestion is to include bed linen and towels, then you could include the washing of the items in the accommodation fee. Because it takes up a lot of space in the car. We each came in our own car because of this. But overall, everything is perfect, the house is wonderful, great space, all complete. I want to go back!

The stay at Sítio Rio Manso was wonderful! I and all the guests love it. The site, as already mentioned in other reviews, is even more beautiful than in the photos. The chalets are super comfortable; the dining areas are very well equipped and everything is very clean. Sônia, the host, is great and always responds very fast. It is well worth it and I hope to be able to return!

Edna is a person's love. We love the accommodation and we will definitely be back. The location is very good, quiet and has several places nearby. It is close to a 24-hour bakery with an incredible colonial cafe, the mobile police station is almost in front of the accommodation. The Airbnb is very beautiful, cozy, impeccably clean. Very good stay. We stayed only one night to go to a game at the MRV Arena and the front of the house overlooks the Arena, very close, we went and came back on foot. Safe place, the house served us perfectly, has everything you need to spend quiet days and is very comfortable. Ana attended to us very well and gave clear instructions for check-in, making it easy and always being ready to help and assist in whatever way possible. I recommend and intend to return!

The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs.
