Quietly located on the edge of the forest, our eco-friendly cottage is 10 minutes from the Chassezac River, 15 minutes from Les Vans and 25 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. The Nordic bath is optional, on the private terrace of the cottage, to be managed independently. Price: 65 euros per stay (wood heating included) Shops and markets are a 5-minute walk away. Hiking trail starts from the cottage and 2 minutes from the greenway for bike rides. Things to do nearby: Canoeing kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking...

The house is located at the top of its private 1000 m2 plot, which gives it stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Joannas pond where ducks lead a quiet life. Dans un cadre préservé, nous vous proposons ce gîte mitoyen de 40 m2. Une piscine (ouverte à partir de mai) est partagée avec la propriétaire. La rivière à proximité vous offre de beaux coins de baignade et de pêche. Le restaurant « La Cueille » dans le bas du village, vous propose une très bonne table, de produits frais et locaux, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Enfin partez à la découverte des villages, et de tous les trésors de notre belle Ardèche.

Several walking trails start from the property, two streams run through it, one wide enough for bathing and swimming.
