A 2 min en voiture des commerces et de la ville, 2 min du canal du midi avec balade à pied ou à vélo, à 20 minutes de Toulouse, 1h de Carcassonne et sa cité, lac Ganguise à 15 min. A 5 min de l’échangeur d’autoroute. Ambiance bucolique écureuils et lièvres pourront faire apparition dans le parc devant les fenêtres.
