Great stay!

This spot was great for my family (4) the space actually had two king beds which was helpful for sleeping-we didn’t need the air mattress. Austin was very proactive when I had questions and brought us over a coffee maker that was missing in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the go but the time we did spend in the unit was comfortable and accommodating-the beds were SO comfy. We were able to make a couple of meals in the kitchen which was a nice change to eating out. Although we didn’t get to go in the pool, I did sit by it late one evening. It’s well lit and really big with a lot of sitting space. Overall a nice place and WAY better than a hotel room. Thank you!

This house was just amazing! It had everything we wanted and more. Julia was so responsive. We enjoyed the pool, grill and games. We had so much room and seating areas. I loved the patio! The master bedroom was a dream. We would love to stay again! Lovely place!

Place is clean, spacious and pretty nice. One draw back is the glass tile on the hot tub that keeps chipping off and falling into the pool. The owner/manager was very responsive and apologetic and sent someone asap to have it cleaned up. In general the house is great. Neighborhood is quiet and seems pretty safe.

We had a very comfortable stay at Chase's! Gorgeous backyard, fun playroom, and very spacious. The beds were quite nice and we felt right at home. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at this home while repairs were being completed on our house. It is well equipped for a family and offers all of the amenities needed for an extended stay. The location is great and the host provides excellent communication as well

The home was absolutely beautiful 😍 I definitely would book again! The house was more than enough for my family of 5, very quiet neighborhood, so clean, and the kids loved the Pac-Man game, pool table & computers. Thanks again for the wonderful stay, Jason!

A peaceful, beautiful and convenient location! Fantastic amenities accompanied by modern and clean interior and exterior furnishings. The pool is an incredible reprieve on a hot Texas day with a serene view of the natural beauty of the adjoining park. A true hidden gem that provides extraordinary ease of access to the entire metroplex of DFW. This location should be recommended to everyone! Keith is an extremely friendly host and quick to communicate!

This was a wonderful work retreat. The leaders of our company booked this home for a corporate retreat. We each had private rooms and gathered each morning in the huge kitchen for breakfast with plenty of room to spread out in dining room or outdoor patio. The living room was spacious and a great place for our meetings. Afternoons we headed out for great team building in Dallas! I'm coming back with my family! I think my kids would love the tree house bedroom overlooking the creek!

I chose this home because of the reviews and pictures, and this home exceeded my expectations. Brian's home was spotless and exactly as pictured! My family and I had a wonderful stay and felt right at home! The home was cozy, spacious, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed and more! We especially LOVED the open-concept layout. Instructions were clear and easy to follow which made everything smooth. This home is so close to restaurants and the mall, which was a bonus. Whenever I'm in Dallas, I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks again Brian!

Couldn't ask for a better host than Quinn. Great location. Not counting traffic depending on the event, a 10 minute drive to AT&T Stadium. Place was clean and had tons of amenities which we did not necessarily need, but was a nice surprise. Only down-side was that it was a third floor and my wife has mobility issues, but the unit was near the stairwell and close to parking. Also, Quinn was nice enough to help with a suitcase on check-in, was super responsive, and lots of other small gestures, so it was definitely still 5 Stars from us and we are Superhosts ourselves.
