A Floating Cottage in the Canal! Enjoy this fabulous live-aboard boat, featuring a full bunk and single bunk below, a couch, and a fold-out couch. Kids and adults love it! There are two parking spots outside the fence, a short walk across a lovely green lot to the boat in the water. You’re a short drive to downtown New Baltimore and restaurants along Jefferson. I lived aboard this boat at the Detroit Yacht Club, so fun! There's a full toilet, hot shower, stove, microwave, and mini fridge. Enjoy!

The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.
