We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. Set in the village of Holbrook which has great access to both the city centres of Derby and Nottingham or the beautiful countryside within the Peak District national park. Set in Jacksdale Village and close to shops, pubs and good walking countryside with lovely views. There is also a type 2 EV charger available at an additional cost of 35p/kw. Children must be aged 12 or over, and animals are welcome at no extra cost.
