Cute beachy place to stay at!

The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and the in law suite was amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. While our girls enjoyed the pool, our boy was casting his fishing pole from sun up to sun down. It is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to the tourist areas to drive to them in 10-15 minutes. Amy is absolutely a 5- star host and if we’re ever in the area again, we will ABSOLUTELY book this home again.

We had a great, weeklong stay. This was actually one of the most seamless Airbnb stays I’ve ever had - instructions were clear and the house was as expected. Easy to get to all the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The host was friendly, accessible and responsive.

We were very pleased with Evona’s home Clean, bright, comfortable and a beautiful pool. Only suggestion we would make is to update flooring, a few mold spots that are quite noticeable. And a coffee maker that doesn’t leak We would definitely stay there again

This house was adorable! Loved the decor - cute touches and uncluttered throughout. Drawers/cabinets were clearly labeled and there were all sorts of things there that you might have forgotten- even hair ties! Bed was comfortable. Whole place was cozy and comfy- I didn’t want to leave! Tons of great recommendations in the guest book by the front door. I wholeheartedly recommend this home!

This house was everything and more it was very clean and had everything my family and I needed; 3 bedrooms, tv in every room even a tv outside on the patio, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the master bedroom was everything... When I return to Florida this will be my place to stay. Thanks Rachel for everything and for always responding to my messages in a timely manner.

This location is halfway between coastal attractions (beach and downtown) and inland attractions (golf, Lakewood Ranch, I-75). It's also near 2-3 east-west roads in Sarasota. Excellent. Listing is realistic, not exaggerated. It's a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction stove and a large enough fridge and freezer for nearly any purpose. Good counter space and many helpful supplies and "tools" Bedroom area is large, bathroom is huge, shower is enormous, access is ez. I've stayed in tiny units and i've had faux kitchens. This is neither and with a strong host nearby. I'm tiring of long-distance hosts and corporate hosts. As a host Mariele offers proximity, professionalism, and personality too. Within reason she's on the side of the guest. Recommended listing.

Great location in Sarasota! The apartment was comfortable and very clean, and just a few minutes' drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Vanessa and Nicole were very responsive and gave us helpful instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little beach house! Clean and with all that you need for a nice vacation. Vanessa and Nicole were great hosts, answering fast when we needed them. Having beach chairs and umbrella available was a big plus! 100% recommended.

Our stay at Inna & Vladimir's home was excellent. I had a work conference at a larger hotel about 4 min away. It was conveniently located, easy driving distance to restaurants and the beach, and in a safe part of town. We enjoyed the pool one evening and never felt bothered or out of place during our stay. The one thing to note is that, if you have any sort of chemical/fragrance sensitivity, be cautious the first day or two. My husband and I are both VERY sensitive and noticed the strong fragrant cleaner smells right away (tide, fabuloso type scents, etc). This likely wouldn't bother the typical person... but it was pretty intense for us. Considering those smells means that the Airbnb was cleaned, I can't complain about that! Lastly, if you have any mobility issues, the stairs are steep, but felt very sturdy. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect little condo for a getaway for two. We had a great time while staying at Bill’s place and had everything we needed while staying! The condo was welcoming and very clean upon arrival. The location by the bay is peaceful and the pool and lounge area near the bay is wonderful!

We loooved it here! The space was perfect for our family. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and walking distance to local restaurants and ice cream shops. The trolley stop is right at the resort so very convenient free rides to downtown Siesta Key was one of the highlights of our trip. We also grilled in the back of the resort by the bay which was nice! Oak trees all around. The pool was perfect temp. The fob didn’t work for one of the gates but there were three others we were able to get in without issue. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. The ONLY issue we had was from the pics on the original post it appeared the walk to the closest public beach access was 2 min but it was actually 15. In the Florida heat that was rough but we pushed through! Oh and last thing, the scooters were a hit with everyone in our family. So much fun! 😆 Thank you so much for giving us an amazing stay!!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

This condo was the perfect place to stay for my trip to Siesta Key. This condo is private in a neighborhood far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to the beach within a 5 minute drive. The condo was equipped with beach gear and all kitchen necessities. Very clean, comfortable, and felt right at home. I will definitely be booking this condo again for my next trip to my favorite beach!!

Great stay, the location, the amenities all were wonderful. Melissa and Brandon were super responsive and the place had more essential stocked than most of the other places we have stayed, which was very thoughtful. Melissa also had a regular coffee pot sent out to us right away, since we don’t use Keurig’s which was super nice and very much appreciated. We would definitely come back!
