Annie’s carriage house was calm and serene. My favorite spot was a giant sofa chair, in front of floor to ceiling windows, where the birds and sun were eye-level. Loved the carriage house has little alcoves, for bed and table and such, making the space feel bigger and more subdivided than you’d get in a typical studio … also there were helpful little touches - a great bin of snacks, some ice cold water bottles in the fridge, bathrobes, cotton swabs and makeup wipes … there were just a lot of nice little touches that made it feel homey, and not just like an empty Airbnb rental. Amazing blanket to cuddle under. And the instructions to check in, check out, and use appliances were super clear.

The camper at Seabrook was super cute! I appreciated all the cute things on the property, like the chicken eggs, garden, and kayaks! We didn’t have time to kayak, but the marsh and dock were great! There were baby ducks and the kitty was super sweet. This place is about 15 mins to downtown Beaufort and 20 mins to Port Royal. Loved the location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. This was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There were animals and trails in the property and the carriage house was like staying in a hotel suite - only private and much more cozy. It was lovely! Everything as described. James met us when we got to the property to make sure we had what we needed and was very kind. We felt right at home! We certainly plan to stay again if we are in the area!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Treye’s! The location is great. He was kind enough to allow me to use his pass for the state park, which I went to daily during my stay. There are many great restaurants close. The space was very clean and welcoming. The only thing I want to make sure future guests are aware of is there is no private entrance to the space upstairs. You enter on the main level. Treye and I spoke about this and I think he has plans to change that in the future possibly. With that being said, Treye was there during my stay but I didn’t encounter him often. He was very quiet and allowed me to have the relaxing vacation I wanted. When I did see him, he was very nice and ready with all kinds of recommendations for the area. All in all it was a wonderful stay and if I return to the area (which I’m sure I will) I’d happily stay at Treye’s again! Thank you Treye!
