We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cozy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, as was the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, which is really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities. The pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax and spend wonderful days. Also, due to the distance of the trip, we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us wonderfully with 3 equally wonderful croissants. A great, impeccable accommodation! Very clean and modern, very pleasant with a terrace that offers a magnificent view! Patrizia is available for any questions and was very nice for our arrival and for her advice. The accommodation is located in the city center which allows you to visit Tivoli on foot, all the equipment is perfect inside, and air-conditioned... I recommend this place, which will give you the opportunity to discover the unmissable places of Tivoli and a few kilometers from Rome. Thank you to Patrizia for her kindness and support.

Very quiet location. You can take some smaller hikes from the accommodation. The accommodation is very well equipped and everything was very clean. Not all the equipment listed is available. Therefore, it is better to clarify in advance if you are looking for something special. We did that, and then the hosts reacted very quickly and provided us with the equipment we needed

Authentic and warm The welcome was exceptional, always available, helpful and filled with kindness. This place is a real paradise nestled in the middle of nature, away from noise and pollution. A peaceful and superb setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here has reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from interior comfort to the magical atmosphere that reigns here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the climate was ideal. A true haven of peace where one wants to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to live them to the fullest. Put your smartphones aside, enjoy the time and the present moment, which are reminiscent of a beautiful and precious time, an era that no longer exists today. Very nice apartment, typical, which allows you to move easily to points of interest such as the Marmore waterfalls. We were comfortable with our dogs, we also found bowls for them. There was everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. Giuseppe also provided us with discount vouchers for both waterfalls and restaurants around the house. Only thing, but that has not created any kind of discomfort for us is that parking is not located near the house, but you have to do a stretch on foot, nothing impractical in any way. I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

Fantastic stay! The mini loft is super cozy and has a lake view that leaves you speechless. The village is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host, Laura, was very kind and super welcoming, it felt like home. We'll be back for sure!
