Holiday rentals with a patio in Rieux-Minervois

The space is conveniently arranged and has a beautiful interior. Everything you need is there. Pleasant spacious balcony. And of course the big plus: within walking distance of the castle and the old town. There are nice eateries further down the street. We found the traffic in front of the apartment a bit busy, but inside you hardly hear it.

A very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment, 10 minute walk from Carcassonne station. 30 minute stroll from the medieval walled cité. Good value stay easy to find and check in and out. The host Sylvain was very helpful and agreed to extend our check out by an extra hour. Highly recommended!

Right in the centre of Carcassonne yet the most peaceful / quiet place there is! I had a very lovely time at Barbara's, it felt like a mini-holiday despite staying for work purposes. I tried to find negatives to say but couldn't really find one! Both the apartment and the back-garden are really lovely, I will stay there again when I am next back in Carcassonne.

The airbnb was incredible, and was a lot bigger and spacious than I thought. Every room was clean and beautifully designed. I felt sad leaving! The hot tub was a fantastic way to end the evenings. There are plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away, and the entrance to the Walled City only 5 or so minutes walk. There is nothing I can fault this airbnb on. It was perfect on every level.

Ciarda and Richard were gracious and helpful hosts. There response to our questions and a couple of repairs was timely. The location is easy in and out and the parking in front is a real plus. The property is comfortable and spacious and these are all good things. There were for us, some things less satisfactory. The 2nd floor is accessed by steep and somewhat irregular stairs. Once on the 2nd floor there are number of interior steps both short and tall as well as up and down. While there is nothing that Ciarda and Richard can do about that short of remodeling, but it is something that we think that should be noted in the description. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it to others with the caveats noted.

Gaëlle is a very responsive host and her listing is as described. It is decorated with great care and it feels like home. A little extra, for the terrace that allowed us to enjoy the sun ☀️ This property is fully equipped to host family and / or friends. I would highly recommend this rental. Our stay went very well. Claude welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and everyday products were left available in good quantity. The pool was appreciated after our sports days.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Close to the town, but still quiet and peaceful

Lovely spacious villa, quiet area and nice village. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely garden and pool. Only slight problem was the 1 toilet for 4 double bedrooms and bathroom with hand held shower inside main bedroom. So only 1 shower room. But we had a great family holiday.

The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. The exterior with the terrace is superb, the jacuzzi very nice. Samuel and Wanada are very kind and welcoming, I highly recommend.

Third time we go back and always very satisfied. Only small downside but it is not Joëlle's fault, it would be necessary to check the condition of the stoves left by previous seasonal tenants, they were relatively damaged:) Next time ^^

We spent a week at the end of May in the house. Everything is beautifully renovated, pleasant to live in and very quiet in front of a tree-lined garden (no opposite). The house is comfortable with a fully-equipped kitchen. There are also 3 restaurants in Peyriac and a bakery right next door. Parking in the village is limited to residents and you have to ask Robert for a "visitor" badge.

Wonderful surroundings, a beautiful river to swim in and dive into, a nice house with lots of amenities, and a friendly and always helpful couple as hosts - we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Great accommodation and unreserved recommendation. The cleanliness in the bathroom and bedroom was positively noted. The location is good for spending in the evening. Even outside on the balcony, it was always very quiet. I'm sure we'll be back soon:)

Vacation apartment matching the photos, with the little extras that make a great stay. Jean Philippe is very proactive and allowed us to enjoy the place. And the cherry on the cake is Veronique who helped us a lot, coming to see us to answer our questions, he is adorable.
