Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Welcome to our cozy studio, ideal for a getaway in the countryside! Perfect for a couple (possibility with a baby), a single person or a business traveler. This furnished accommodation has a sleeping area with a double bed (cot available on request), a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Located 15 minutes from Provins (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), 10 minutes from the Nogent-sur-Seine nuclear power plant and 1 hour from Paris.

Come and enjoy a quiet stay in the Auboise countryside. At the intersection of the roads of Sens, Troyes, and Provins, you can enjoy the various assets of the area. Troyes with its factory shops and its historic center, Provins and its medieval town and Sens with its Cathedral. The accommodation consists of a large room with kitchenette, sofa and bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Pleasant view of the wood.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Extension – Cozy home

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
