A great place to explore the Val de Loire

A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

It offers 2 bedrooms, a parking space right in front of the house, and plenty of great advice on visits, restaurants, and more! Its atmosphere in winter is especially cozy. Pets are welcome. You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

Logement refait à neuf, 2 pièces avec une cour commune avec espace privé. Situé entre Tours et Chinon, Rivarennes est un village où vous trouverez des commerces (boulangerie, boite à pizza, borne de recharge) et espaces de jeux pour enfants (structure de jeux, city). Sa spécialité est la poire Tapée. La centrale nucléaire de Chinon est à 20min. A visiter autour les châteaux de Rigny Ussé 5min, d'Azay le rideau et Langeais 10-15min, musées, caves. Vous êtes à 5km de la Loire à vélo.

Maison en tuffeau à proximité du château d'Ussé

Ma maison est l'ancienne grange en tuffeau de la boulangerie du village. Récemment rénovée, elle est située à 300 mètres du Château de la Belle au bois dormant et d'une supérette. La cour fermée permet de ranger les vélos en toute sécurité. En plus du lit double de la chambre, le salon est doté d'un canapé-lit, équipé d'un véritable matelas. Vous trouverez également un lecteur dvd/port usb ( pas de chaîne télé ) et des jeux de société.
