Your own private garden and over an acre of our rewilded grounds to explore leading down to the River Lynher, fishing rights included. Easy access to local market towns, the coast at Looe, Whitsand bay, historic Plymouth, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. Can be rented with our other property Tallat Barn, just across the lane. Please note we can not accept bookings with babies/children.

The View is nestled in the midst of the Cornish countryside, a dream location to stay in whether you just need time out to relax, to read, write, paint, watch nature or just study the stars at night. The View is also ideally situated for couples or families to explore Cornwall, with it's picturesque beaches, walks, cycle paths and variety of activities. The View has easy access to the A30.

Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Further afield are the lovely National Trust houses of Lanhydrock House, and Cotehele. The Eden Project is just over 20 miles away. The cottage has wifi, TV/Netflix/Freeview

We are the perfect base for your Cornish Adventure, weather you are seeking an active weekend or the chance to unwind.

Our small south facing shepherd’s hut sits within its own private acre garden in Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy the views inside the hut, sit on the decked veranda or relax inside the recently added seating/dining pod & cook using the new outdoor kitchen. Discreetly sited, yet encapsulating views of the World Heritage Site. Close to all Bodmin Moor attractions, yet also not far from Looe, Polperro, Tintagel, Padstow or the Eden Project.
