Very good, clean, tidy and very comfortable accommodation. As for the place, it is very quiet with a lot of accessibility. I liked it a lot. I recommend it 👍

The place is extremely cozy as seen in the photos, ideal to stay at home , everything was tidy and clean, Ms. lidusar is very kind and attentive, it is worth totally to stay there. It would definitely return 100% recommended.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable, very complete and with impeccable order. Yudith was always a very attentive and friendly person who was very respectful to me from the first contact I will return to the same place when I am in Lima again

The best place to stay , Claudia is an excellent host with a very friendly and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful 100% recommended. Take my one year old son and I love the house from the moment we were close to restaurants and a location close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

Great place! Awesome views. Very clean and modern. Definitely would stay there again! Very nice building in a nice location. Host was very nice and helpful and obliging with schedules. Washer and Dryer is the same machine which takes a while, for to machine to do a cycle.

everything is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a central location, excellent that it has a garage, I would return without hesitation

Oscar is very responsive and proactive at communicating with you. I arrived to Lima in the middle of the night and he was gracious to arrange with his cousin to greet us and show us the place. I am glad that he did because it would have taken us longer to figure out how to access the apartment building. the plaza is outside so it can be quite noisy during events.

Very hospitable host. The location was in a beautiful, clean, and quiet location. The area is walkable to restaurants, and gave a small town vibe. The shower was always hot, and the bed was comfortable. The house was clean. I would definitely rent again.

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

During my stay, Sharon was always attentive to the questions I had. The accommodation was impeccable and has a nice view. It's a great place to break out of the routine and find peace. It's close to a full supermarket. To be recommended!

Two of us stayed for over two weeks for business. Great space to work from the apartment and convenient to meetings in Lima. Cooked in the kitchen nearly every day and fully equipped - knives could use sharpening but only complaint I can think of. Nice staff loaned us a cart to take groceries to the apartment. Strong wifi throughout. Used on site laundry and respectable exercise area (small fee for the gym). Would happily stay there again. Good value.

Jeanpierre was an incredible host!! He allowed us to make his space our home for three months which made for a memorable and special experience. He was always quick to respond to any of our needs and his little space is a must if you are in Lima! I spent three months in Hugo's apartment. It is roomy and comfortable. The internet is very fast (400 mbps downloads) and had no outages during my stay. Due to its location close to government buildings, there were no planned outages of water or electricity. A good value for the price, especially for remote workers.
