This is a lovely apartment on the main sea front. It is spacious and well equipped. Cristiana is an excellent host and was responsive and helpful when there was an issue getting out of the underground car park. Overall the location is amazing and is surrounded by a huge choice of restaurants and bars. Despite the fact that location is on the main strip, the apartment is quiet.

Paola and her son were very kind, the apartment is in the heart of the historic center of Rimini, very convenient both to reach the station and to go to the sea. The apartment was clean and well stocked, nothing was missing. Great stay

I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, we didn't struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the promenade and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed. I personally recommend it to families, but also to couples looking for leisure and relaxation. Marina from Padua.

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time at the accommodation: we really appreciated the cleanliness, brightness and spaciousness of the spaces, in addition to the extreme comfort of this house for a family like us with a very small child and its stroller (easy to reach, with elevator, total absence of steps...). Also great communication with the host, always responsive and available for both check-in and check-out. I would only suggest providing guests with some basic foodstuffs such as a bottle of water, oil, coffee, or just a few shampoo samples. It sounds silly, but it can really make a difference as soon as you arrive. In fact, with the children you are not always able to make every meal outside and having traveled by train we did not take ourselves with us. Since the house was completely devoid of these kinds of things, despite being nearby supermarkets, we found ourselves a little in difficulty in these days of Easter closures.

This home has the best view by far. Man has a beautiful view of the sea. The property allows you to watch the sunrise. The apartment is large and you have enough space with several people.

Matteo was very helpful with us. The apartment is practically on the sea, very close to many areas that we had to visit. We had a great time!

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is in an enviable position, facing the beach, and also close to the services and main streets of Igea. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a vacation. Last but not least, Cristiana has always been available and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Sara's apartment is large and comfortable, and having two bathrooms available is fantastic. Sara was very kind and helpful, we had a great time. She also left us a cake made by her (delicious), a thought that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
