Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rincón de Guayabitos

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We laid in the pool lounger and watched the sunset almost every night. The kids loved the pool so much, and it was always great to jump into after a walk up the hill. The ac works great in both rooms if you need a place to cool off. The market down the hill is great for cheap beer and snacks, they also sell fresh ceviche and eggs. We used Uber eats a couple of times too for when we didn't feel like walking. All of the food delivery people are on motorcycles so they can easily come up any hill. We also brought a tripod and took family photos around the house, there are so many pretty spots and viewpoints. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Mike for everything!

Gran atención al recibirnos antes de lo acordado, la amabilidad de Cindy muy destacable. La alberca y mobiliario de gran calidad, el agua del Jacuzzi deliciosa, fácil acceso a la playa y a las amenidades. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario dentro, muy limpio y acomodado. La zona no puede ser mejor, cerca del mercado, zona segura, restaurantes cerca, de toda clase de tiendas cerca. Les agradecemos mucho el espacio, definitivamente un buen lugar para regresar.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

This spot in Sayulita was perfect! The host was amazing and helped us plan airport transport, golf cart rental, and a private chef dinner at the place. Seriously such a great stay! The maid came frequently and was amazing! The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! But just a warning that there are no ACs in the living area/kitchen/bathrooms, so they get pretty warm. Especially the bathrooms that are open to the outside, they get very very hot by the end of the day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be warned about. Overall, we had a great stay and the location and experience was one to remember!

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

100%les recomiendo éste alojamiento hermoso, cómodo, limpio Loly siempre al pendiente, el personal de la torre bien amable, nos sentimos como en casa, la alberca maravillosa, el club de playa perfecto la playa, padrísima super tranquila sin oleaje intenso, limpia, un lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse. Lo único que para mí no fue problema (porque renté carro) si debes considerar si vas por primera vez es que son como 30 minutos de distancia del aeropuerto. Pero también Loly te proporciona número de taxis y Uber seguro, así que tampoco es problema el traslado. Yo ya quiero regresar.

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

Muy agradable, tranquilo, seguro y súper recomendado

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

Sheena’s place was an excellent place to stay in Sayulita. It is clean and comfortable. The inside bedroom space is small but had everything we needed, plus the AC worked great. The outdoor space was quite large which was awesome. The fan out there helped keep it very cool and comfortable. We also rented a high quality beach umbrella from Sheena which was super easy and very useful to have during our stay. The location in Sayulita is perfect. I have stayed in places right in the centre of town and while that is fun it can be very loud at night. Sheena’s place was close to everything but just far enough away that we had peaceful nights. Overall she is an excellent host who addressed all of our questions and needs efficiently and professionally. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sayulita.

The place is beautiful, it is just like the pictures. Lupita is so friendly and helpful. She is very polite and always responsive. It is definitely the place to stay when we are visiting Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. Restaurants and convenience stores are minutes away. Thank you so much for everything, my family was very happy staying there. We hope to come back again next year and stay longer to enjoy it even more.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Es un lugar súper cómodo, mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchos de la estancia, fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, respondían a nuestras dudas, volveríamos a quedarnos sin duda alguna!

This was our 2nd time staying here and really enjoyed it. The location is so close to the beach, bars and restaurants and the private pool was great to relax. Team was responsive and communicated very well. Would definitely stay there again.

To say we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. This home and the surroundings were stunning, we never wanted to leave. The pool is 10/10. The ultimate relaxing experience. The views were breathtaking and we soaked up every second of it!!

Excellent trip with our kids, ages 6 & 8. The pool in the front yard was perfect for morning and evening swims, and the ability to walk to both the beach and downtown was key. The condo matches the photos and was stunning. The beds were super comfy. Frank was responsive and delivered a golf cart for an adventure day. Special thanks to Frank for quickly mailing our 8 yr old’s favorite doll that was left behind.
