We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. we had a great holiday at the house. The photos don't show enough how big and beautiful the garden is. Also the house is more spacious than we expected in the pictures. Received by Lucia upon arrival. Being able to communicate in English. (I don't speak Spanish). There was also a delicious local delicacy ready for us. Very attending. The house was sparkling clean. And more spacious than I expected. The garden is large and fully fenced so our dog could walk loose. There was space for sun and shade. From the covered porch we had mountain views. The pool was lovely as well. We were able to swim in it on hot days. It is large enough for a family of 4. The peace, the silence. Only sounds of the countryside. Cows, dogs, birds, toads. Very restful. And last but not least, the area. Really beautiful. What a beautiful region. Lucia thank you!

A warm Spanish welcome with a welcome gift. Spacious structure in a very quiet area, a car is essential. Bathrooms with windows and equipped kitchen. In the garden, there is a lemon tree and an orange tree with fresh fruit available. The only drawback is the French bed, but otherwise everything is fine. Thanks to Marcelino who, living in front, has always been available for any request. Recommended accommodation for those looking for relaxation

The arrival and reception was very pleasant and welcoming, the guests were a charm, we felt right at home, the views are unbeatable, and the house super cozy.

I've been at Marisol's house with my family for three nights and from the first moment I felt right at home. It has free parking, the house is cozy, it smells very good, everything is tidy, it has a fully-equipped kitchen which is a plus for people who like to have breakfast and even eat at home. Marisol was very friendly and helpful to us. She mentioned nearby restaurants, beaches and places to go. During our stay she was attentive to everything we needed The house is very close to Santander and we were able to go spend the afternoon not only in Cantabria but also go to Santander Definitely a 10/10, we are very glad to have chosen your house to spend a few days with the family enjoying nature and a good accommodation

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

The best part of the apartment? Pilar and her husband. Charming, attentive and available at all times. Any questions or needs we had were addressed immediately. The apartment is spacious and bright, and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In a super quiet area, and with parking at the door. We would repeat!

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

An ideal place to stay with children! We had a great time despite the bad weather... a pity since we could not enjoy the garden, but luckily the penthouse was full of toys to make up for it! We were very comfortable and the rooms were very nice.

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! We were very comfortable at Mili's house. The house is very comfortable, the area is nice to walk and be with children. Mili's kindness and details made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back.
