Arnemoen is located in rural surroundings along the pilgrimage trail about 1 km up from Landsbyen Ringebu and Ringebu Ski Station. The house is just under 50 sqm, consists of a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and storage room, and is almost like a cozy little cottage to be honest. Arnemoen Gard organizes concerts with Norwegian and foreign quality artists, and the housing unit is a natural part of the farm environment. Short distance to Kvitfjell alpine facilities, ski slopes and bike/hiking trails. Good hunting and fishing opportunities nearby.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim.
