You get the feeling and “alone in the whole world” despite 7 minutes to Fagernes city. Mindfullness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is power and wood firing. Here you can really relax, in peaceful and idyllic surroundings. The cabin is located on its own without neighbors, with forest around and a lake just below. Guests who rent the cabin have access to a rowing boat, and there are good chances of catching fish in the water for those who are fishing enthusiasts. There are many opportunities for nice trips either on foot or by bike. The place is perfect for families with children. There is both a zipline and a swing right by the cabin, in addition to the forest and the water, which offers many opportunities for play.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.
