The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot, where you can often see deer and squirrels from the living room/terrace, and at the same time, it is less than 200 meters to the swimming pool, shopping area and the playground. Cottage with a fantastic location at the foot of the forest, and with the water as the nearest neighbor 5 meters from the front door. The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. "Norskehuset" is part of the Eskjær Hovedgaard manor, and is therefore an extension of the beautiful and historic surroundings. The house is in itself simply furnished, but caters to all everyday needs.

The property is completely up to Søndervig Landevej - with fields on the other three sides. Close to the holiday and bathing town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy market town of Ringkøbing with cobblestone streets, pedestrian street, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and Lalandia water park in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km, while Ringkøbing Fjord and Bagges Dam are 1 km from the house. There is a bike path to both Ringkøbing and Søndervig.

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). On the first floor there is a balcony partially overlooking the sea, TV room with big couch and a beedroom

Summer house on Venø is located on a natural plot right down to the Limfjord in Venø town, 300 m from Venø harbor (please note that the house is not located correctly on Google Maps) The house is originally from 1890 and has been renovated several times, most recently with a new conservatory. Wooden windows and beams in the ceiling make the house cozy and with several cozy corners and views of the water, it is the perfect place to relax.
