Composed of a large kitchen, bar, dining and living rooms, toilet and 4 en-suites (5 bathrooms in all). The house is fully equipped with TV, queen-size beds, air-conditioning, refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, ovens and all kitchen utensils. We offer breakfast preparation service (no ingredients) and daily housekeeping. A short distance from the historic Quadrado, just 400 meters

Casa Luminada was meticulously planned for the appreciation of its natural elements, such as lighting and ventilation, in order to offer a modern, clean, comfortable and cozy environment with a touch of sophistication and comfort. Its land is 1,300m2 with 600m2 of built area. It has a 150m2 pool, barbecue area and green space.
